Bid Description:
The Town of Putney, a rural town of approximately 2,600 people located on US Route 5 in Windham County in southeastern Vermont, seeks the services of a qualified expert consultant to work at the direction of the Planning Commission (“PC”) in consultation with a citizen Project Advisory Committee to develop a Comprehensive Village Plan for Putney Village.
The Comprehensive Village Plan (“CVP”) will provide a community-supported vision for the future of Putney Village with recommendations to realize that vision with policies, programs and actions to guide, encourage, and reduce barriers to housing and economic development in the Village. This 5-month project is to begin in March 2026.
