Bid Description:
CCRPC is issuing this Request for Proposals with the intent of selecting one primary and one alternate Qualified Environmental Professional (QEP) Firm to provide programmatic oversight of the remediation activities funded by the CCRPC Brownfields RLF. The QEP firm(s) will also assist with compliance with all terms and conditions of the RLF cooperative agreement and ensure all deliverables necessary for reporting
and record keeping are received.
The Programmatic QEP Firm will be responsible for ensuring compliance with the scientific, engineering, and technical aspects of CCRPC’s RLF program for the duration of its CA with EPA. The Programmatic QEP will also support CCRPC staff with other grant administration tasks outlined above, except that financial administration of the RLF will be managed separately and is not a part of this RFP.
