Bid Description:
The Town of Moretown invites you to prepare an excavation bid for the Ward Brook Road Culvert Replacement project. The project is located at the intersection of Ward Brook Road and Hog Hollow Road (44.2621,-72.6783).
The new culvert is an 11’ x 3.5’ x 38’ long single radius pipe arch with concrete footings and headwalls.
Bid documents will be available in pdf format by contacting Rae Washburn at r.washburn@onpointconsultingvt.com starting December 5, 2025.Sealed bids will be received at the Moretown Town Office, 58 School St., Moretown, Vt. 05660 until 1:00 pm , 12/29/2025 .They will be opened and read publicly at that time. Electronic bids will be acceptable.
Bonding is required.
Any contract awarded under this procurement process shall be prepared by the Town and include all applicable FEMA contract provisions.
The Town seeks bids from small and minority businesses and women's business enterprises.
The Town reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals.
There is no prebid meeting scheduled at this time.
