Bid Description:
The Springfield Regional Development Corporation invites qualified bonded Contractors to bid on the Elevator & Mixing Space phase for the Black River Innovation Campus, 60 Park St., Springfield, VT. The project consists of creating a new elevator connecting all levels of a historic building built in 1895 & 1929, as well as windows, storefront and facade work to create a new entry. All MEP work is done as design-build.
