Bid Description:
Soliciting qualified subcontractors for construction work at the Maquam Bay of Missisquoi, a tax-exempt nonprofit, is requesting proposals for the renovation of the Abenaki Nation of Missisquoi's tribal headquarters and food pantry. The building is a contributing member to the Village of Swanton's historic district and requires rehabilitation to the shell, roof, entryway, interior HVAC and electrical systems, refrigeration, and finishes.
