Bid Description:
Through this Request for Proposal the Department of Disabilities, Aging & Independent Living, Division for the Blind and Visually Impaired (DBVI) is seeking to establish contracts with one company that can provide specialized blindness technology evaluation services to individuals who are blind and visually impaired throughout the State. The contractor must have the expertise to evaluate and determine technology solutions so individuals served by DBVI can perform the essential functions of their job and essential tasks related to independent living goals. This requires an in-depth knowledge of blindness technology and how to configure the hardware and software to workplace networks. Due to the significant travel throughout the State of Vermont, the selected contractor must be based in Vermont. QUESTIONS DUE 10/10/2025 BY 4:30PM.
