Sealed Bids for the construction of the THE HOUSING FOUNDATION SHADY PINES MOBILE HOME PARK WATER SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS WSID VT0005309, PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT # C-3818-20 project will be received by Engineering Ventures PC at their office at 85 Mechanic Street Suite 2-3, Lebanon, NH 03766 until 10:00 AM on October 30, 2025 local time, at which time the paper Bids received will be
publicly opened and read. The Project consists of constructing of the following:
The OWNER is planning to construct improvements to the Shady Pines Mobile Home Park water system improvements for the purpose of providing a new water treatment, storage, distributions and connection throughout the Mobile Home Park to address sanitary survey issues and violations.
