If payment is not received within 3 business days, the award will go to another bidder in the process, with the same 3 business day payment requirement. Successful bidder must remove Tesla from Town Offices parking lot no later than 2 weeks after the bid opening. If there are no bidders, the Town reserves the right to go back out for bids.
