Bid Description:
This work consists of construction of building envelope improvements (insulation/air sealing) for the
Bradford Academy Building (172 North Main Street, Bradford, VT). Permits and historic clearance will
need to be obtained. A recent energy audit for the building is available by emailing the project contact. Before submitting a proposal,
bidders shall examine the town scope documents, visit the work site if necessary, and fully inform
themselves as to all existing conditions. Construction must be completed by February 28, 2026.
