Bid Description:
Vermont Department of Fish and Wildlife (DFW) is seeking a consultant, or consultant team, to complete a benchmarking study comparing the Department to ten other state fish and wildlife agencies across the United States. The intent is to understand how Vermont compares to analogous state agencies in terms of conservation programs offered and funding allocations to those programs and to provide context about how DFW is investing revenues and where DFW is allocating resources relative to neighboring states and other similar departments.
