Bid Description:
This project will consist of, but not be limited to, labor and material to construct an approximately 39,000 SF two-story steel framed building and 5,000 SF outbuilding, including related site civil, utility and other work, as indicated on the drawings by Smith Alvarez Sienkiewycz Architects dated 28 February 2025. It is a matter of public record that Congress has appropriated funds for the construction of this project that will support a maximum construction cost of $17,860,000. Award of a contract above this amount is subject to the availability of additional funds that will take an extended amount of time to obtain.
