Bid Description:
The Town of Bridgewater is soliciting sealed bids from pre-qualified contractors for the construction of a sand shed at the town garage. Work to be performed under this project includes:
1. Excavation of the proposed building footprint.
2. Construction of the proposed sand shed (as shown on the plans).
3. Installation of proposed electrical wiring.
4. Site grading.
5. Placement of new seed and topsoil. Sealed bids from pre-qualified contractors shall be accepted until 10:00am, prevailing time on Thursday May 1, 2025 at the Town of Bridgewater, 7335 US-4, Bridgewater, Vermont 05034 for construction of the project hereinafter described. Bid opening will occur immediately after the bid submittal deadline. The time of receiving and opening bids may be postponed due to emergencies or unforeseen conditions.
Build America, Buy America requirements, as outlined in specification section 107.21 BUY AMERICA PROVISIONS, apply to this project.
Special Instructions:
Construction shall be completed on or before September 14, 2025.

Manager Pete Fellows, Two Rivers-Ottauquechee Regional Commission, 128 King

holders for addendum distribution.
