Bid Description:
BDCC seeks proposals from certified engineers and architects for the design and cost estimation of an ADA-compliant passenger elevator at our Cotton Mill facility. The building is a three-story, 120,000 SF former mill (330' x 121', 50' tall) repurposed into commercial units. The
elevator must be strategically located for convenient access to common areas and the
exterior. The scope includes site selection, machine type, machine room, hoist way design, engineering drawings, and cost estimates for A/E services and construction.
