Bid Description:
1. Introduction
TRORC is soliciting proposals from qualified individuals or firms to provide Construction Management services for building energy improvement projects for seven towns. The selected Construction Manager (CM) or Clerk of the Works will oversee the successful planning, execution, and completion of energy-related upgrades, including but not limited to contract setup, design review, payment requests, change order management, and interim and final inspections
2. Scope of Work
TRORC is releasing a corresponding design-build RFP for building energy improvements. Firms may respond to both RFPs so long as the manager on this RFP is a different staffer from the staff working the actual design-build work. The scope for these construction management services. This work is funded through a SOV MERP Implementation Grant through the Department of Building and General Services. BABA and Davis Bacon do not apply as these are state dollars.
