Bid Description:
The Northwest Regional Planning Commission (NRPC) is soliciting statements of qualifications and cost estimates for the Northwest Region Brownfields Program. We are soliciting proposals from consultants with proven expertise in brownfields site assessments, corrective action planning, quality assurance project plans and communication regarding site assessment management activities. This solicitation of qualifications will result in NRPC contracting with four to six (4-6) qualified consultants to provide services under the NRPC’s Brownfields Program through September 30, 2029, or through the completion of any on-going site assessment or remediation planning effort as authorized by the NRPC.
