Through this Request for Proposal (RFP) the Agency of Commerce and Community Development, Department of Tourism and Marketing (hereinafter the “State”) seeks one or more organizations to develop a series of skill building workshops for current or potential employees in outdoor recreation jobs in Vermont, including but not limited to, trail builders, bicycle mechanics and snow sports technicians.
