Bid Description:
Town of Orwell, Vermont is seeking a qualified consultant to update the Local Hazard Mitigation Plan for Orwell. This work is funded by a Hazard Mitigation Assistance Grant through FEMA. Scope of work including approval from FEMA is required to be complete by November 21, 2026. This grant is to cover consultant expenses, accounting for 75% of the project with Town of Orwell covering the remaining 25% capping at $9,862.50. Consultant will assist the Town of Orwell in tracking and helping to maximize in-kind hours towards the required match.
