Bid Description:
Attached is a Request for Qualifications so that the South Lake Champlain Clean Water Service Provider can prequalify Subcontractors for phosphorous reducing water quality projects in our basin. This is the second round of RFQs.
Subcontractors will provide project advancement services including project identification, project development, project design, project implementation, project verification, and project maintenance services. Prequalification will speed up the procurement process later. If you are interested in being considered as a prequalified Subcontractor, please complete this RFQ by April 14.
