Bid Description:
Through this Request for Proposal (RFP) the Northeast Dairy Business Innovation Center (NE-DBIC) hosted by the Vermont Agency of Agriculture, Food & Market (hereinafter the “State”) is seeking to establish contracts with one or more technical assistance providers that can provide support via cohort technical assistance for one or more of the following topics: increased grazing quality or quantity, home-grown forage enhancement, alternative herd management, innovative staffing and business management, and marketing and education of dairy production practices. Each cohort will consist of at least 5 dairy farms and will be available for enrollment to farms based in one or more of the following Northeast states: Connecticut, Delaware, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, and Vermont.
