Bid Description:
The Chittenden County Regional Planning Commission (CCRPC), in its role as the Clean Water Service Provider (CWSP) for the Northern Lake Champlain Direct Drainages Basin (aka Basin 5) is issuing this Request for Qualifications (RFQ). The purpose of this RFQ is to identify Municipalities & Organizations willing to serve as Project Managers/Implementors as described in the attached RFQ.
