Bid Description:
The State of Vermont is requesting proposals from media/publishing businesses competent to provide magazine publishing services for Vermont Life magazine. The scope of work to be performed and the information that must be presented in your proposal are described in this Request for Proposals.

Special Instructions:
IMPORTANT NOTE: The SECOND MODIFIED RFP (see copy attached) makes revisions on pages 4 and 8. Page 4 corrects the number of Vermont Life employees from 6 to 7. And on Page 8, the Characteristics of Successful Bidder are revised and renumbered from four to five, with former #2 being broken into two parts so that #2 now provides “Evidence of publishing experience – Required.” And new #3 provides, “History of building effective, efficient paid subscription and single copy sales programs – Preferred.” Q&A RESPONSE: PLEASE SEE ATTACHMENTS BELOW. - One (1) hard copy and One (1) PDF Version on CD/DVD of your proposal must be submitted no later November 17, 2017 at 4:00 PM EST to: Steven Cook, Deputy Commissioner, Vermont Department of Tourism & Marketing, Vermont Agency of Commerce and Community Development, One National Life Drive, Davis Bldg, 6th floor, Montpelier, Vermont 05620-0501.
