Our Events Calendar is one of the best ways to get the word out about your event. Once listed, your event will be posted here on
VermontVacation.com
, and at
VermontArtsCouncil.org
. Events will also be distributed monthly to local, regional, and national magazines, newspapers and Web sites that have opted in to receive this information.
Requirements
Its Quick and Simple and the service is free to you! The only requirement is that your event take place in Vermont and is open to the public.
Steps to listing your Event:
Is your event already listed?
We
highly recommend
you search for your event before you add it.
Click here to check for existing listings.
We will not approve duplicate entries.
NOTE: If your event is starting in the next 60 days then use the keyword search by entering a portion of the event name; this yeilds the smallest results.
Otherwise, search using the Town and/or the Types that would describe your event. Try a few different searches before adding in your new event.
Your event is not listed?
We have a couple of options for you.
Do you list multiple events a year?
If you hold multiple events a year or repeat the same events each year and would like to be able to maintain your event information as changes occur, we recommend using the features on our Business Registry site (see directions below).
I only list once in a while.
If you only post an event once in a while then click
Keep in mind, you will not be able to update or change your event after you submit it using this option yourself. However, if you need to change your event, email a request for assistance to:

Entering Events with using the Business Registry:
The biggest advantage of using the Business Registry is that you can maintain your own information by simply signing in and updating it!
Have an Account?
If you have an account and listing on the
Vermont Business Registry
site already, most of the work is done. Simply sign into the site, and start adding events. Once signed in click the ADD/EDIT button next to the EVENT DETAILS option to get started.
Don't have an Account?
This is easy too. The Business Registry allows you to list your business, service, organization for free, once listed you can add to this any events you would like to post, as well as any Tourism Service you offer. Check it out! Ready?
SIGN ME UP!
It only takes a few minutes to get started. First, you will be prompted to create an account, this account allows you to manage your own information. Next, you will need to add your business, service or organization information if you want to add events and other related information. Once done you are ready to enter events, click on the ADD/EDIT button next to the "Events Details" option and add your events!
