Bid Description:
This is an RFP for companies/organizations interested in exhibiting in the Vermont Building during the 2016 Eastern States Exposition ("The Big E") from September 16 - October 2, 2016.

The Big E is New England's annual agricultural fair . Each September, for 17 days, more than 1 million visitors from across New England flock to grounds of the Eastern States Exposition in West Springfield, MA to participate.
The Vermont Building resides on The Avenue of the States at The Eastern States Exposition. Vermont companies are invited to submit a proposal to exhibit and sell high-quality, authentic Vermont products in the Vermont Building.
Proposals should indicate how the bidder promotes and represents the Vermont brand. VAAFM is specifically interested in proposals to operate a booth marketing Vermont cheese as well as proposals to operate a dairy centric vending booth on the exterior grounds of the Building.
