Bid Description:
The Vermont Department of Economic, Housing and Community Development (the “Department”) has been directed by the General Assembly to engage in long-range planning for the viability and disaster resilience of mobile home ownership and parks. The Department is requesting proposals from qualified consultants to research and write the plan under the direction of the department and in collaboration with other organizations and interested stakeholders. In coordination with the Deputy Commissioner of the Department, consultant will research and collect the information required by each element of the study and develop a short and long range plan to address each.
Special Instructions:
The proposal must be received no later than 4:00 p.m. on Friday, December 14, 2012, at the Vermont Department of Economic, Housing and Community Development, One National Life Drive – 6th Floor, Montpelier , VT 05620-0501, ATTN: Kitty Sweet; and
In addition to the hard copy referred to above, one (1) electronic copy of the proposal must be received no later than 4:00 p.m. on Friday, December 14, 2012 at Jennifer.Hollar@state.vt.us.
