Bid Description:
Contractors are invited to bid on the State of Vermont Military Department Renovation of the Army Mountain Warfare School Climbing Structure Camp Ethan Allen Training Site Jericho, Vermont
This project consists of, but is not limited to the conversion of open sided steel structure which is 20’ W x 20’D x 50’H to an artificial climbing wall structure. The ability to use all four exterior walls as climbing walls is desired. The structure will need to be able to support eight (8) climbers simultaneously.
Sealed Bids accompanied by proper Bid Security will be received by the Department of Buildings and General Services, at 10 Baldwin Street, Montpelier, Vermont, until Tuesday, September 27, 2011 AT 2:00PM at which time they will be opened and publicly read aloud in the department conference room.

Bidder’s attention is directed to:
1. Funding Source: This project is being funded using federal monies and shall require compliance with the Davis-Bacon Act. Wages shall be paid using rates no less than those established under the Davis-Bacon prevailing wage rates. 2. Full Bonding is required for this job.
3. It is the Bidder’s responsibility to thoroughly read and comply with all instructions and requirements of this bid solicitation.
