Bid Description:
The following eight (8) General Contractors have been pre-qualified to bid the Public Safety Building Renovations project located at the Waterbury State Office Complex in Waterbury, Vermont. Only these general contractors are permitted to bid the project:
o Baybutt Construction
o BreadLoaf Construction
o H.P. Cummings Construction
o DEW Construction
o Eckman Construction
o Engelberth Construction
o Pizzagalli Construction
o E.F. Wall & Associates
Sealed Bids accompanied by proper Bid Security will be received by the Department of Buildings & General Services at 10 Baldwin Street, Montpelier, Vermont, until Wednesday, October 27, 2010 at 2:00 p.m., at which time the bids will be opened and publicly read aloud in the department conference room.
Bona fide bidders may obtain bid documents at Blueprints Etc. 20 Farrell Street, Suite 101, South Burlington, VT 05403 or by calling 802-865-4503. There is a non-refundable fee of $225 for each set of documents. Cash or a check made payable to Blueprints Etc. is acceptable. Blueprints Etc. is the only authorized source of bid documents and addenda for this project.

Bidders’ attention is directed to:
1. The contract requirements concerning Minority and Women Business Enterprises.
