Bid Description:
The purpose is to provide funding and technical and administrative assistance on behalf of “three-acre" Manufactured Housing Communities (MHCs) in the Lake Champlain and Lake Memphremagog basins to ensure as many eligible three-acre MHC sites as possible make progress on constructing the stormwater controls needed for Stormwater General Permit 3-9050 compliance. The State is requesting proposals to develop and administer this Initiative. The selected bidder will provide and/or subcontract both 1) Program Delivery and 2) Project Completion services described in further detail in the Scope of Work section of this RFP.
