Bid Description:
The Town of St. Albans is soliciting proposals for qualified human resources firms or experienced professionals to handle Town HR operations. The full RFP is available on the Town website at www.stalbanstown.com. Please send proposals to Sean Adkins, Town Manager, at S.Adkins@stalbanstown.com. Electronic and five (5) paper submittals will be accepted up until April 30th at 3:00 PM. A decision will be made by May 31st, and HR operations by selected proposal will commence July 1, 2024.
