SCHOOL DISTRICT REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOOD
SERVICE MANAGEMENT
The MVSD is accepting proposals for FY25 FOOD SERVICE MANAGEMENT for the District which includes Highgate Elementary, Swanton Elementary, and Missisquoi Valley Union High School program management.
Proposals will be accepted until 1:00pm March 29, 2024. At this time proposals will be opened and evaluated in the MVSD District Office located at 100 Robin Hood Dr. Suite 2, Swanton, VT 05488.
All proposals must be clearly marked: MVSD
FOOD SERVICE PROPOSAL and should be sent to:

Proposals may be submitted up to 1:00pm on March 29, 2024. Any proposals submitted after that time will be disqualified. To obtain a complete RFP package including all specifications and requirements please contact Marnie Carlton at marnie.carlton@mvsdschools.org.
MVSD reserves the right to reject any or all
proposals received or any parts thereof for any
reason whatsoever, to waive any informality in
any proposal or in any provision in the request
for proposals, to require a modification of the
contract terms at any time, and to select the
bidder who in the opinion of the District will
meet the best interests of the District, provided
that nothing herein shall be deemed to waive any
requirement of federal, state or local law. Under no circumstances will the District be responsible for the cost of preparing any bid or proposal. MVSD reserves the right to waive any and all guidelines herein. This institution is an equal opportunity provider.
