Bid Description:
The Windy Hollow Manufactured Home Park Cooperative seeks proposals from qualified contractors for road grading project to correct drainage and prevent erosion. Trudell Consulting Engineering provided the Park with design services and the contractor must demonstrate expertise and a track record with reading and complying with the engineering plans provided. The plans and instructions are available from: lcurry@commonlandsolutions.com. Project is funded by Agency of Natural Resources ARPA grant funds. Davis-Bacon wages, Qualified disadvantaged (DBE) and women (WBE) owned businesses and HUD Section 3 regulations apply.
