Bid Description:
The Oxbow Unified Union School Board invites interested General Contractors to submit a Request for Proposal for their upcoming construction project associated with HVAC upgrades and installation project. Project Description: The Orange East Supervisory Union is seeking a General Contractor to construct a new wall located in the existing High School Library related to the installation of (3) new library unit ventilators being installed by others. Installation of a new exterior egress door also in the library and a new soffit to be constructed to conceal ductwork in the cafeteria. The project start date is June 2024 to be completed by August 2024.This project is being funded by federal ESSER funds which will require contractors to follow Davis Bacon requirements.
