Bid Description:
The Vermont Achievement Center invites interested Mechanical Contractors to submit a Request for Proposal for their upcoming HVAC upgrade project.
Project Description: Classroom ventilation systems upgrade with individual variable speed Energy Recovery Ventilators (ERV’s). This will include demolition of existing ventilation systems in each classroom and tie-ins to the existing hydronic distribution piping and existing electrical connections.
The project start date is June 2024 to be completed by August 2024. This project is being funded through the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) State Fiscal Recovery (SFR) as part of the Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) grant being administered through Efficiency Vermont (EVT) which will require contractors to follow Davis Bacon requirements.
