Bid Description:
The State of Vermont, Department of Disabilities, Aging, and Independent Living (DAIL) is a department within the Vermont Agency of Human Services. The Adult Services Division (ASD) is responsible for a full array of long-term services and supports for older Vermonters and adults with physical disabilities.
Special Instructions:
ASD is soliciting proposals for a Contractor that can provide a package of web-based tools designed to screen, assess, and assist with support planning for unpaid family caregivers; measure outcomes to improve the lives of unpaid family caregivers and their care recipients; provide a package of ongoing training for state users; are able to provide evidence of effectiveness and quality; and are able to accommodate multiple cultural caregiver characteristics and needs.
