MILTON MOBILE HOME CO-OP ELECTRICAL UPGRADES
MILTON VT
The Milton Mobile Home Cooperative (MMHC) invites interested Electrical Contractors to submit a bid to the MMHC board of directors.
All firms submitting a formal bid must hold any licenses necessary to work in the State of Vermont.
This is a Community Recovery and Revitalization Program (CRRP) Grant Funded project which requires the awarded bidder to comply with Federally funded Davis Bacon Wage earning and reporting and Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) requirements.
Project Description: Replacement of (91) 60 amp meters and disconnects with (91) 100 amp meters and 100 amp disconnects. The project start date is tentatively to commence on April 1, 2024 and to be substantially completed by November 15, 2024. The basis of award will be based on the electrical contractors relevant project experience, references, and overall bid price.
