Bid Description:
Through this Request for Proposal, the Department of Vermont Health Access is seeking to establish a consulting services contract to support the State in developing Data Governance to support the modernization of the Medicaid data system. This project to modernize Medicaid data is known as the Medicaid Data Warehouse and Analytics Solution (MDWAS). The goal is to establish a clear governance model by which Medicaid health data is stewarded, managed, documented, and communicated.
