Bid Description:
The City of Winooski (the City) invites qualified professional vendors for Information Technology Support services. The qualified vendor will enable the City to maintain and continue to improve information technology (IT) effectiveness, enhance quality of services, minimize support costs, and maximize return on investment. At a minimum, services associated with this request include desktop applications support, server administration services, network administration, cybersecurity, and strategic planning of system maintenance and enhancements. All proposals must conform to the specifications outlined in the attached bid document.
