Bid Description:
The Lyndon Institute School Board invites interested Mechanical Contractors to submit a Request for Proposal for their upcoming HVAC upgrade project.
Removal of Auditorium and gymnasium mechanical units located in a mechanical
mezzanine in the gymnasium including ductwork and relief vents. Installation of new energy recovery units located on the existing roof. These new units are intended to serve as replacement mechanical systems for the Auditorium, gymnasium and locker rooms. Structural and electrical service upgrades will be required to support the new equipment.
Special Instructions:
The project start date is June 2024 to be completed by August 2024. This project is being funded by
federal ESSER funds which will require contractors to follow Davis Bacon requirements.
