Bid Description:
The Northwest Regional Planning Commission is requesting proposals from qualified consultants to develop an interactive mapping template that will showcase trail-based amenities, community amenities, and businesses that are members of the Rail-Trail Friendly Business Program along the Missisquoi Valley Rail Trail (MVRT, 26 miles) the Lamoille Valley Rail Trail (LVRT, 93 miles), the Delaware and Hudson Rail Trail (DHRT, 25.8 miles) and the Beebe Spur Rail Trail, (BSRT, 4 miles). The scope of work shall evaluate appropriate platforms for a web base map to show amenities along each of the trails and the best location as to where it would be hosted.
