Bid Description:
The State of Vermont, Department of Disabilities, Aging, and Independent Living (DAIL) is a department within the Vermont Agency of Human Services. The Adult Services Division (ASD) is responsible for a full array of long-term services and supports for older Vermonters and adults with physical disabilities.
DAIL/ASD proposes to contract for an assessment of the current AHS IR&A systems for Vermonters seeking help with human services to ensure equitable access to services and high quality IR&A customer experiences. The primary focus is to be on what is working and what is not working in the current systems, in addition to research of successful systems and best practices, resulting in a report of findings and recommendations on improvements that can be made across IR&A systems with as much alignment across systems as possible.
