Bid Description:
The Newark Volunteer Fire Department, Inc. is seeking proposals based on the attached specifications outlined for communications equipment to include VHF mobile radios, VHF portable radios, a VHF base station radio, and wireless fire apparatus headset systems. Those submitting proposals are encouraged to bid on all or part of the items requested. Multiple proposals may be accepted in order to fulfil all requirements of the specifications. Bidders who offer multiple product lines or equipment manufacturers may submit multiple proposals so long as the meet the below specifications.
Proposals are due no later than November 30, 2023 at 5PM Eastern. NVFD reserves the right to reject any and all proposals submitted.
