Bid Description:
The City of Montpelier is requesting bids to construct utility shelving in the basement vault on City Hall, 39 Main Street Montpelier VT.
Sealed bids will be received at the office of the Facilities and Sustainability coordinator, City Hall, 39 Main Street, Montpelier, VT 05602, until 10:00 am on Thursday November 2nd 2023, at which time and place all bids received will be opened and publicly read aloud. Each sealed bid must be emailed to Chris Lumbra at the below mentioned email with “City Hall Shelving- Flood Repairs 2023” in the subject line.
The City of Montpelier reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to waive any informality in the bidding per current policy.
Bids may be held by the City of Montpelier for a period not to exceed ten (10) days from the date of the bid opening for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of bidders, prior to awarding the Contract.
