Bid Description:
The Addison Central School District is seeking a General Contractor to
upgrade the HVAC system at the Mary Hogan Elementary School. The HVAC upgrade consists primarily of removal of existing ventilation systems in A-Wing and replacement with individual
variable speed Energy Recovery Ventilators (ERVs) for each of eight (8) classrooms. In addition, a new multi-zone Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) system will be added to serve each classroom
to provide A/C and heating. A new DDC control system will be installed to control the system and interface with existing mechanical equipment. The affected areas will receive new suspended ceilings and soffits to support and conceal the HVAC work.
The project start date is June 2024 to be completed by August 2024.
The Board of School Commissioners has established pre-qualification criteria which a contractor must meet. The criteria and the full Request for Qualifications document are available upon request.

Addison Central School District requests General Contractors submit Letters of Interest
and pre-qualification statements in electronic format no later than November 17, 2023 to
PCI - Capital Project Consultants. Contact Marty Spaulding at marty@pcivt.com to
obtain the full RFQ and pre-qualification criteria.
All firms submitting a request for pre-qualification determination will be notified, in writing, 30 days or more prior to the proposed bid opening. The Board of School Commissioners
reserves the right to reject any and all submitted Pre-Qualifications, to re-advertise, and to
waive any and/or all informalities.
