Bid Description:
The state is seeking proposals to administer a Ukrainian health promotion and wellness grant to a community organization for the period December 1, 2023 – November 30, 2024. The State is looking for a community partner organization to provide health and/or mental health and wellness services to newly arriving Ukrainians who are eligible for Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) services. For the remainder of this document, eligible persons will be referred to as “refugees.” Area of service is statewide with a focus on areas where eligible Ukrainian refugees are living.

Bidder Questions: Any vendor requiring clarification of any section of this proposal must submit specific questions in writing according to the Schedule of Significant Dates set forth on the Cover Page of this proposal. Questions must be e-mailed to Allie Perline, Refugee Health Coordinator at Allison.Perline@vermont.gov. All bidder questions must be received by no later than October 27, 2023. Any question not raised in writing on or before the last day of the initial question period is waived. Responses to the questions submitted will be posted to the Electronic Bulletin Board website at http://www.vermontbidsystem.com, on or before October 31, 2023.
