Bid Description:
LOCATION: Beginning at Gosse Court and extending 830 ft through Schifilliti Park
connecting the neighborhood off of upper Ethan Allen Parkway.
TYPE OF CONSTRUCTION: Work to be performed under this project includes: The
construction of new sidewalk, multi-use path, crosswalk, lighting, and drainage
infrastructure.
Special Instructions:
OBTAINING PLANS: Electronic copies of the Plans and Contract Documents may
be obtained from the City of Burlington by emailing requests to
mmadalinski@burlingtonvt.gov . Only emailed requests will be accepted, and
Contractors will be added to a Project Plan Holders List by which addendums will be
distributed to prospective bidders.
