Bid Description:
This project modifies the Security Forces Facility (B-410) Base Defense Operations Center (BDOC) and copy area to relocate and support existing security communications equipment requirements. Modify existing space to provide egress exclusively to and from BDOC area. Maintain appropriate AT/FP requirements for expanded BDOC perimeter. This involves expanding the semi-hardened perimeter of BDOC to include the new server room with reinforced CMU walls and concrete cap. Install new finishes in the server room. Cut a new door in the existing CMU wall into the server room from the BDOC. Demolish and/or relocate any remaining existing electrical and communication systems that conflict with the new door and as indicated on the Drawings from Smith Alvarez Sienkiewycz Architects dated 07/27/2023.
