Bid Description:
The Lamoille County Planning Commission (LCPC), in collaboration with The Village of Johnson (Village), is soliciting statements of qualifications from Qualified Professionals (Consultants) with proven expertise in engineering and architecture services related to utility maintenance & operations facilities and buildings.
The Village seeks to undertake a substantial remodeling of their existing maintenance & operations garage. The remodeled building will precisely occupy the footprint of the existing building; no expansion of the building or relocation of the building will be considered. The existing slab floor and steel frame of the building will be retained in place and re-used; structural and/or health and safety and/or efficiency improvements to the floor and/or frame may be considered. All currently permitted uses of the building will be unchanged, and no new uses are proposed.
Special Instructions: To be considered, interested parties shall provide information as described in Section II of this RFQ.
