Bid Description:
The Town of Highgate is currently accepting bids for demolition and site stabilization for a FEMA Home Buyout Project at 2272 Machia Road, Highgate. This project includes demolition, disposal and required site work consisting of but not limited to: (1) mobile home, foundation slab, septic, water well, electrical and phone lines, driveway, fuel tanks, debris and household hazardous waste. All asbestos-containing material shall be abated by a firm licensed to do such work in Vermont.
