Bid Description:
Qualified firms are invited to respond to this IFB for GMT Headquarters Vehicle Lift Replacement. This project has several components including the decommissioning and disposal of existing in-ground vehicle lifts, construction of new lift pit systems and closeout of existing lift pits, removal of existing lift hydraulic system, installation of electrical infrastructure for new lift systems, and coordination of new vehicle lift installation provided by others. See "Special Instructions" below for key dates and submission instructions. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at 101 Queen City Park Road, Burlington, Vermont at 11:00AM on Wednesday, July 19, 2023.
