Bid Description:
The Chittenden County Regional Planning Commission (CCRPC), in its role as the Clean Water Service (CWSP) Provider for the Northern Lake Champlain Direct Drainages Basin (Basin 5) is accepting applications for funding for projects in Basin 5 that improve water quality. Projects must be in keeping with the vision set forth by Act 76, the Clean Water Service Delivery Act, and policies and guidance set forth by the Vermont Department of Environmental Conservation to implement the Act. Pre-Application Form (required for new projects that have not previously applied) responding to the 4th Call for Applications issued in late August 2023)
This information will help the Northern Lake Champlain Clean Water Service Provider (Basin 5 CWSP) and Basin 5 Water Quality Council determine if your project (a) is eligible for consideration for funding via a Water Quality Restoration Formula subgrant and b) may provide sufficient phosphorus reduction benefits and other benefits at an effective cost-benefit ratio.
Please submit a pre-application no later than 12 Noon on October 13, 2023.
