To support service delivery and increased capacity of the CIS system, and specifically in serving those children and family who are active with, or eligible for IDEA Part C Early Intervention, which provides coordination and direct services to families with children from birth to three years old who are experiencing developmental delays or have diagnosed conditions that have a high probability of resulting in developmental delays.
